The Cape Town architects Gwen and Gabriël Fagan collaborated on numerous book projects, many with a focus on Cape architectural heritage. This self-published book records Gwen’s identification of nine older rose varieties found at mission stations, graveyards, country lanes, villages and farms across the southern Cape region. Gabriël photographed each rose.
