"The project ended in a private space, which is my living room, but all the other spaces are public places. I’m looking at the language of deadpan photography, which is often framed as being beyond the self, objective, as it were. What I have tried to communicate through this dispassionate lens is my experience of space, I used this idea of deadpan photography to explore my own subjectivity."
